Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is, damaged or if you received the wrong item, this way we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchanges
No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization to return to do so. Please make sure you have been in communication with our staff before you do anything with your package.
Refunds
You must notify us at folliclefantasy@gmail.com if you wish to return an item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
